Career Confidence Program

Your resource hub for a confident career move.

Seven focused modules, guided exercises, real-time coach feedback, and a weekly rhythm that keeps you moving.

Warm, sunlit workspace with a green plant and a clean notebook — a quiet place for focused career work.

How the hub works

Built for real coaching, not just content.

The hub sits between you and your coach — a shared space where you do the work, your coach sees it, and you pick up exactly where you left off.

Seven focused modules

Each module covers one stage of the Confidence Cycle — from grounding in your story to landing the offer with clarity.

Write inside the hub

Every exercise has a space for your reflections. Save as you go. Your coach can review your responses and leave feedback.

Or take it offline

Prefer pen and paper or your own doc? Download the full workbook and bring your insights back to the hub when you're ready.

Coach feedback

Your coach sees your completed exercises and can leave comments, encouragement, and next-step guidance directly in the hub.

Track your progress

Earn points for every exercise you finish, collect stars for completed modules, and see how far you've come at a glance.

Resume where you left off

The hub remembers your place — even across devices — so you can jump back into your work without losing momentum.

The journey

Four stages. Seven weeks. One clear path.

The Confidence Cycle moves through Ground, Explore, Test, and Reposition — each module designed to build on the last.

Ground

Clarity & Belief

Modules 1–2

Explore

Action through research

Module 3

Test

Action through experiments

Module 4

Reposition

Action through positioning

Modules 5–7

The curriculum

What's inside each module

Every module is a mix of reflection, research, and real-world action — with exercises sized to fit a busy life.

Ground

Own Your Story

Get grounded in who you are before deciding where you're going.

Tactical choices - which roles, which résumé bullets, which salary line - get easier when they're anchored to what you actually want. This module looks backward and far forward before looking at next month, so every decision ahead has something to push against.

Ground

Define Your Direction

Define the problem you're actually solving; draft your career hypothesis.

You can't solve a problem you haven't defined. A job change keeps the kind of work and swaps the employer; a career change changes the work itself. Naming which tells you how big the move really is - and turns it into a hypothesis you can test in Module 3.

Explore

Read the Market

Test your hypothesis against reality - through people, not just postings.

Job descriptions show what the market wants; coffee chats show what the work is actually like. Expect to revise your hypothesis - that's the point. You're buying clarity at the cheapest price it will ever be.

Test

Experiment & Close the Gap

Test the fit before you commit. Build only the skills you actually need.

Career changers over-prepare and under-test. We're flipping the default. Sort your gaps (skill vs framing), close one real skill gap with the cheapest credible fix, and build one small prototype that tests fit and proves capability in the target field's native format.

Reposition

Position to Win

Tell a story so clear the move sounds inevitable - on paper, online, and out loud.

Rebuild your materials and your spoken story in the language of where you're going. Your portfolio splits effort 20/60/20 across Reach, Target, and Safety roles - the Target lane sets the language for your first résumé and your LinkedIn.

Open Doors

Doors open through people. Build the search engine that runs on relationships.

Most people apply cold, then panic-network. You'll do the opposite. Map your people through the Confidence Circle, send a specific announcement to your inner ring first, then run a weekly rhythm sized to your real capacity - protected by a No List.

Reposition

Land with Confidence

Walk in prepared. Negotiate from your values. Start strong.

Walk into interviews with stories instead of claims. Rehearse your STARR stories until they're boring to you - that reads as confident to them. Expect the AI question, and let your Module 4 build make the answer a story. Negotiate from your values and close this chapter deliberately.

The rhythm

A pace that actually fits your life.

Each module is designed around a weekly rhythm: one module per week, with exercises you can complete in short sessions or a single focused block. The hub keeps your momentum visible — and your coach keeps you accountable.

  • Weekly focus: one module, clear outcomes, no overwhelm.
  • Coach check-ins: your coach sees your work and can guide you between sessions.
  • Earn as you go: points and stars make progress feel tangible — not just checked boxes.
What completion looks like

Finish all seven modules and you'll have:

  • ·A grounded career hypothesis tested against the market
  • ·A résumé and LinkedIn rebuilt in your target field's language
  • ·Five interview stories rehearsed and ready
  • ·A network map and outreach rhythm you can sustain
  • ·A negotiation sheet with your range, leverage, and asks

Plus a Certificate of Completion to mark the milestone.
