Privacy Policy

What we store

• Account: your name, email address, and a hashed password.
• Coaching work: the responses you write in each exercise, checklist completions, module progress, and the notes you flag for your coach.
• Coach feedback: comments your coach leaves on your responses.
• Operational data: sign-in timestamps and basic error/audit logs used to keep the service running.

Why we store it

To give you access to the Hub, let your coach review your work when you ask for feedback, remember your progress between visits, and send you account emails such as sign-in confirmations, password resets, and coach replies. We do not use your coaching responses to train AI models and we do not sell your data.

Who can see your work

Only you and your coach can see your responses. Access is enforced at the database level (row-level security) — other clients cannot read your work. Our infrastructure providers (database hosting and email delivery) process data on our behalf under standard confidentiality terms.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and coaching data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account (see below) or ask us to close it, we permanently remove your profile, responses, checklist progress, coach feedback, and notifications. Backups roll off within 30 days.

Your controls

• Update your profile: Settings → Profile.
• Change your password: Settings → Account.
• Download your responses: use "Download PDF" on your dashboard.
• Delete your account: Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes everything listed above.
• Unsubscribe from non-essential emails: use the link in any email.

Cookies

We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in. No advertising or third-party analytics cookies are set by this app.
